Leadership Team

Allison Getsi

President

Allison is the fearless leader of RSI. With her size 6.5 foot on the gas, she is driving this company’s growth to record-breaking numbers. While she is an expert meeting attender and fire fighter, Allison’s work heart lies with our employees. When she is not speed-walking through the office or running laps around Oak Ridge, Allison prefers to be in the woods, on a beach, or at home with her husband and three kids. She’s also partial to a certain orange and white cat…Go Vols!

Paige Martin

Vice President, Business Services

Paige is the engine that keeps us running, and the gatekeeper of all the things at RSI. As the resident number nerd, she makes sure everyone follows the spending rules and keeps tabs on the comings and goings of every cent. While she rules the roost in the office, her husband Tom is a local celebrity in Oak Ridge who you will definitely run into at Kroger. Paige loves her grandchildren dearly, but her camera roll is mostly full of her dog Gus.

Jeff Bale

Director, Operations

Jeff has been part of the RSI family for more than 26 years. With a single-digit employee number, he has definitely seen the company evolve over the years! Originally from Oregon, he brought his love of the outdoors, craft IPAs, and music to East Tennessee. Jeff can be spotted outside the office pedaling around the trails and roadways on one of his many bikes. He also enjoys cooking and spending time in Baja Mexico with his wife Tiffany at their vacation home in Todos Santos.

Connie Krull

Director, Program Management Office

Meet Connie, a woman who’s always ready for adventure—whether it’s hiking through the mountains, casting a line into a quiet lake, or exploring new hobbies. When she’s not outdoors or meeting new people, you can find her curled up with a House Hunters marathon, dreaming up her next big travel adventure…or plotting the family’s next epic Nerf war!

Rachel Meredith

Director, Contracts and Procurement

Rachel knows her way around FAR clauses better than the weekday walkers in Costco. As the office queen of terms and conditions, she keeps everyone following the rules and coloring within the lines. Rachel and her husband boast a brood of a half dozen, and, being a true hockey fan, if a kid can walk, that kid can also skate. Outside of the office, you can find her being that mom on the glass at the hockey rink while serving as a glorified, yet unpaid, driver service for her family.

Connie Toomey

Director, Federal Sales

Connie is the cool mom of the group. Whether she is herding the cats of the proposal group or adding her eloquent touch to the latest corporate communication, she is probably doing it in Birkenstocks. She may have a shy personality, but her Jeep is anything but. If you also have a cool Jeep, she will definitely duck you up.

Cindy Timbes

General Manager, RSI Services, LLC

Cindy is the calm, assertive presence that everyone needs. As the General Manager of RSI Services, Cindy oversees projects from Oak Ridge to New York, making sure they have the resources necessary to be successful. (We also keep her around because she restocks the office snacks.) In her free time, Cindy can be found exploring Asheville, NC, or at a concert with her husband Pat.

Trina Cesnik

General Manager, RSI Envirachem, LLC and RSI Remediation, LLC

Trina makes you feel like you are old college buddies. She is not afraid to get into the muck of it and has the most creative solutions for problems you haven’t even thought of yet. Growing up in northern Ohio, Trina rescued baby raccoons and even kept one as a pet! Her nurturing extends to her three boys, but she has yet to keep a single house plant alive.

David Bowers

Director, Corporate HSE

With over 20 years of experience in the HSE world, David does a great job keeping our team safe and up to date on the latest safety initiatives. He has a passion for promoting safety and staying upright on mountain bikes. If you catch him on the freeways in Arizona, he is probably rocking out to his tunes headed north to the mountains, or south to the beach in Mexico. When at home he is often in the yard followed closely by the family tortoise, Turbo.

David Stinnett

Manager, Corporate Quality

Just like the country singer said, David can be found hunting, fishing, and loving every day. After spending a few years hopping around the U.S. and almost 20 different countries, he finally settled down in East Tennessee where he spends his free time on a tractor or UTV or reeling in his latest pond stock. He and his wife are also avid hikers and one day he will convince her to complete the rim-to-rim trail at the Grand Canyon!

Our Family

Our employees are the coolest (and the smartest)! We come from different backgrounds, have different stories, and combine these individual perspectives to create a diverse and talented team that is uniquely RSI. We care about each other and the work we do, understanding that we are stronger together.

“It’s not my job” is not RSI…we all pitch in to get the job done, no matter the task or title. We stand shoulder to shoulder with our fellow team members and leave egos at the door.

Those before us have paved the way for a progressive take on work-life balance exemplified through our founding tenet “Work Hard. Play Hard.” What can we say…we like having fun while figuring out the tough stuff! And as you can see in the photos below, our love for the Tennessee Volunteers runs deep!
