Leadership Team
Allison Getsi
President
Allison is the fearless leader of RSI. With her size 6.5 foot on the gas, she is driving this company’s growth to record-breaking numbers. While she is an expert meeting attender and fire fighter, Allison’s work heart lies with our employees. When she is not speed-walking through the office or running laps around Oak Ridge, Allison prefers to be in the woods, on a beach, or at home with her husband and three kids. She’s also partial to a certain orange and white cat…Go Vols!
Jeff Bale
Vice President, Operations
Jeff has been part of the RSI family for more than 26 years. With a single-digit employee number, he has definitely seen the company evolve over the years! Originally from Oregon, he brought his love of the outdoors, craft IPAs, and music to East Tennessee. Jeff can be spotted outside the office pedaling around the trails and roadways on one of his many bikes. He also enjoys cooking and spending time in Baja Mexico with his wife Tiffany at their vacation home in Todos Santos.
Paige Martin
Vice President, Finance and Accounting
Paige is the engine that keeps us running, and the gatekeeper of all the things at RSI. As the resident number nerd, she makes sure everyone follows the spending rules and keeps tabs on the comings and goings of every cent. While she rules the roost in the office, her husband Tom is a local celebrity in Oak Ridge who you will definitely run into at Kroger. Paige loves her grandchildren dearly, but her camera roll is mostly full of her dog Gus.
Rachel Meredith
Vice President, Business Services
Rachel Meredith keeps RSI’s engine running smoothly. As Vice President of Business Services, she leads the teams and systems behind our operations. From contracts and compliance to HR and asset management, Rachel and her team make sure the details are dialed in and the processes work. Known for her steady leadership and talent for turning complexity into clarity, Rachel builds the strong operational foundation that lets our project teams focus on delivering excellent results for our clients.
Mike Koentop
Vice President, Communications and Outreach
A former Army photojournalist and Department of Energy fed turned corporate communications strategist, Mike brings focus, creativity, and calm to every challenge. A born southerner who also spent time as a San Francisco City slicker, Mike now calls Oak Ridge home, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, firing up the grill, and enjoying the slower pace of life whenever he gets the chance. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him outdoors, watching or talking sports, or looking for the next adventure.
Connie Toomey
Vice President, Proposal Operations
Equal parts cat herder, compliance champion, and proposal strategist, Connie thrives on the challenge of transforming complex pursuits into winning submissions. Known for her calm demeanor and genuine care for her coworkers, she’s proof that you can chase big wins, build strong relationships, and stay comfortable in Birkenstocks.
Stacy Kirby
Vice President, Strategy and Growth
Stacy helps guide RSI’s growth and strengthen its brand by pairing strategic thinking with creativity and fresh ideas. A planner by nature, she values a clear vision and a thoughtful roadmap, but she’s learned that some of the best ideas and experiences often emerge when you embrace uncertainty. That’s why she’s usually the first to say, “Why not?” to a spontaneous adventure, particularly if it involves collecting a new passport stamp or visiting a national park.
Connie Krull
Vice President and General Manager, RSI EnTech, LLC
Meet Connie, a woman who’s always ready for adventure—whether it’s hiking through the mountains, casting a line into a quiet lake, or exploring new hobbies. When she’s not outdoors or meeting new people, you can find her curled up with a House Hunters marathon, dreaming up her next big travel adventure…or plotting the family’s next epic Nerf war!
John Baur
Vice President and General Manager, RSI Remediation
John knows what it takes to keep complex projects moving forward safely and successfully. Drawing on decades of project management, environmental remediation, construction, D&D, and regulatory experience, he helps clients achieve their goals while navigating challenging requirements. You’ll often find him trail running, hiking, swimming, or weightlifting—activities that reflect the same persistence, preparation, and problem-solving mindset he brings to every project.
In McCann
Vice President and General Manager, RSI Nuclear, LLC
In is the operational powerhouse behind RSI Nuclear, juggling day-to-day logistics with the precision of a Swiss watch (and maybe just a little coffee). With over 20 years of experience under his belt, he’s supported missions from nuclear non-proliferation to counterterrorism. Outside the office, In swaps spreadsheets for suitcases—traveling with his family and giving back to the Albuquerque homeless community.
David Bowers
Director, Corporate HSE
With over 20 years of experience in the HSE world, David does a great job keeping our team safe and up to date on the latest safety initiatives. He has a passion for promoting safety and staying upright on mountain bikes. If you catch him on the freeways in Arizona, he is probably rocking out to his tunes headed north to the mountains, or south to the beach in Mexico. When at home he is often in the yard followed closely by the family tortoise, Turbo.

Our employees are the coolest (and the smartest)! We come from different backgrounds, have different stories, and combine these individual perspectives to create a diverse and talented team that is uniquely RSI. We care about each other and the work we do, understanding that we are stronger together.
“It’s not my job” is not RSI…we all pitch in to get the job done, no matter the task or title. We stand shoulder to shoulder with our fellow team members and leave egos at the door.
Those before us have paved the way for a progressive take on work-life balance exemplified through our founding tenet “Work Hard. Play Hard.” What can we say…we like having fun while figuring out the tough stuff! And as you can see in the photos below, our love for the Tennessee Volunteers runs deep!
